The inspiration for this Pop Art Painting is the iconic Chanel No. 5 perfume bottle itself. It’s simple, yet elegant design has captivated audiences for nearly a century. I wanted to capture the essence of the perfume in a painting, using color and light to evoke its timeless beauty and luxurious fragrance. I began by creating a base layer of green, which serves as the background for the perfume bottle. I then used a variety of brushstrokes and techniques to build up the form of the bottle. I paid careful attention to the details of the bottle, such as the shape of the stopper, logo and the diamond dust label. Once the bottle was complete, I added highlights and shadows to create a sense of depth and dimension. The color palette in “Las Vegas Chanel” is bold and vibrant. The use of green, yellow, red, blue, and purple creates a sense of energy and excitement. The colors are carefully balanced to create a harmonious composition. The perfume bottle is positioned off-center in the canvas, which creates a sense of dynamism and tension. The painting is not framed red to hang although if the Art Collector prefer to put a frame, I would recommend that it be (Pop Art) square black but finally the Collector will decide the color that he likes the most.
