“Cupid’s Kiss” was born after a trip to Paris where I had the opportunity to visit the Louvre Museum, born out of a fascination for the interplay between reality and desire. This painting became the most beautiful landscape of my dreamlike memories on canvas from that visit, a fusion of surrealism and realism, where a contemporary muse contemplates the timeless allure of love.
