“Cupid’s Kiss” was born after a trip to Paris where I had the opportunity to visit the Louvre Museum, born out of a fascination for the interplay between reality and desire. This painting became the most beautiful landscape of my dreamlike memories on canvas from that visit, a fusion of surrealism and realism, where a contemporary muse contemplates the timeless allure of love. It is an invitation to see the world anew, through a lens where emotions seep into reality, and a reminder that the embrace of love can transcend time and space.
